EHS Officer Opportunity – Dublin, Ireland  Salary:  Circa €50k (DOE) + Benefits Location:  Dublin-based with travel to Kilkenny (full driver's license required) Contract:  Full-Time Ready to Lead the Charge in Health, Safety, and Environmental Excellence?
We are seeking a proactive and experienced EHS Officer  to join our dynamic team.
This pivotal role champions safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards across all project workstreams.
You'll be at the forefront of fostering a culture of safety and sustainability, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across our operations.
Key Responsibilities - EHS Officer – Dublin, Ireland  Safety Leadership & Compliance: Be the on-site safety advocate, leading by example and promoting best practices.
Conduct audits, inspections, and ensure ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 compliance.
Incident Response & Prevention: Investigate incidents, near-misses, and non-conformances, implementing preventive measures.
Establish robust systems for reporting and corrective action tracking.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with all EHS standards.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date safety documentation, risk assessments, and training records.
Provide timely, detailed reports on EHS performance and improvement areas.
Training & Continuous Improvement: Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing training.
Stay ahead of regulatory updates and implement innovative safety practices.
What You'll Bring -EHS Officer – Dublin, Ireland  Education & Certification:  Diploma in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or equivalent; NEBOSH or IOSH certifications.
Experience:  Minimum 3 years in a similar EHS role, ideally within telecom or utilities.
Skills:  Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
