EH&S Specialist - Projects Provide EH&S project support at the Cork site, acting as an SME and advisor to project teams on EHS legislation and company standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct EHS Impact Assessments (IA) to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. Implement 'EH&S by Design' & OneCSS in projects as needed. Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, noise/ergonomics assessments, and project walkdowns. Support IA action tracking and closure. Perform periodic audits to ensure adherence to PTW, IED license, SOPs, and regulatory standards. Lead/participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses. Drive improvements in the site PTW process. Compile and report on relevant KPIs. KEY COMPETENCIES: Strong communication and collaboration skills Customer-focused and results-driven Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities Adaptable, diplomatic, and able to handle confidential information Willing to travel for business as needed QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or EHS with 5+ years' EHS experience, preferably in Bio/Pharma. Proficiency in ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards. Strong understanding of EHS legal requirements and best practices. Skilled in creating reports, tracking KPIs, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
