What Youll Be Doing As a Recruitment Consultant, youll be the essential link between top candidates and leading companies.
Your role will include: Building strong relationships with clients through calls, meetings, and video chats to understand their needs.
Using creative marketing, networking, and social media strategies to attract clients and candidates.
Sourcing and headhunting candidates who are the perfect match for exciting roles.
Managing the full recruitment processfrom shortlisting and preparing candidates to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers.
Running your own recruitment desk like its your business, with support every step of the way.
What Were Looking For Were searching for someone who: Has1-2 years experiencein recruitment (engineering/construction recruitment experience is a plus!).
Istarget-driven, motivated, and hungry for success.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong work ethic.
Wantsuncapped earning potentialand a clear path to career progression.
Has excellentcommunication skillsand a natural ability to build relationships.
Enjoys the thrill of achieving goals and overachieving on targets.
