Develop 2D & 3D electrical designs for complex automation projects using EPlan or AutoCAD Electrical.
Detail electrical schematics and processes for build.
Generate budget and detailed quotations for panels and installations.
Source electrical components for designs.
Create test plans and documentation packs for developed electrical designs.
Assist in electrical debug of systems.
Liaise with customers and suppliers.
Meet project delivery deadlines.
The Person: Third level qualification in Electrical, Electronic, Computer Science, or a qualified electrician with 3+ years of relevant industrial design experience.
Familiarity with electrical controls, AC/DC motors, servo motors, inverters, general panel equipment, drives, and pneumatics.
Experience using software packages such as Eplan P8, Eplan Pro Panel is essential.
Knowledge and understanding of PLC programming and control methodologies.
Knowledge of robotics, automation principles, and safety standards is a plus.
Ambitious, confident, and professional individual with strong communication and organisational skills.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
