Ensure maintenance and repairs are carried out in compliance with relevant SOPs and GxP requirements.Develop and implement planning, reporting, and analytical tools for the Tech Ops organisation.Chair weekly planning & scheduling focused meetings.Track, control and report accurately on plan vs actual.Create clear and tangible work plans to enable electrical technicians to complete work in an organised and timely manner.Interact with our CMMS system, grouping and sorting large data sets into executable packages of work.Level load and resource planned work-fronts.Highlight scheduling issues and propose potential mitigations.Establish KPIs and routinely track and report for the electrical department.Engage and interact with cross-functional groups for schedule development and forward planning.Liaise with Manufacturing and Maintenance scheduling colleagues to agree on handover dates, windows of availability, and access.Lead by example. Share knowledge and experience within your team.Any other projects as assigned by supervisor.
