Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our team.
Reporting to the Site Projects Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of strategic projects and capital/expense initiatives that are vital to the success of our site.
Major/Key Accountabilities: Execution of strategic projects, including the design and implementation of New Energy Management Systems Design and selection of Instrumentation for site process systems.
Design of electrical distribution, general services (lighting, fire and security alarms, and containment systems), and Electrical Panels.
Preparation of procurement specifications and quotation evaluations, ensuring the efficient and effective sourcing of project components.
Collaboration with team members on electrical elements of project design and tracking/reporting progress against project deliverables.
Championing a strong safety culture and ensuring top performance in the execution of capital/expense projects.
Support for Engineering Projects across all stages, from specification and scope definition to installation and commissioning of new project equipment or buildings.
Requirements Qualifications: A minimum of a 3rd level qualification (Level 8) in Electrical Engineering.
Skills and Knowledge: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an Electrical Engineering Role, with a strong foundation in design, installation, and commissioning.
Knowledge of working in an ATEX environment is advantageous but not essential.
Experience in designing Low Voltage Distribution, Lighting systems, Small Power, Generators, UPS, and Fire safety and Detection systems.
Proficient in engineering project management tools, financial management, and working within budgets.
Strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of the customer/client relationship involved in project management.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Superior organizational and planning skills.
Requirements Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following: Lead SAP master data build and data approval activities including hypercare, sustainment materials build, BOMs and Recipes.
Participate daily on cross-functional teams collaboratively and actively to address compliance issues and achieve project milestones.
Support implementation and training for site Quality Systems and site GMP readiness activities.
Support creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and associated documentation.
Provide QA review and approval of Change Controls, Deviations/CAPAs, SOPS and related documentation for compliance to GMP and site requirements at the start-up facility.
Support other QA colleagues, as required.
Work collaboratively to foster strong relationships with management and colleagues and to drive a safe and compliant culture.
Support gathering of site metrics Ensure the escalation of risks to management in a timely manner.
