They work in multiple sectors including; Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education, Corporate, Government, Public Buildings, and Retail.This full-time permanent role and would be ideally suited to an individual with an electrical trade background.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of our clients personnel and subcontractorsPlan and oversee the work timeline to meet the requirements of the projectTake responsibility for health and safety on site and lead by exampleCo-ordinate labour, plant, machinery and materialsSupervise site activityIdentify materials and equipment that may be requiredEnsure that works are carried out accurately, following the plans and specificationsConduct quality control inspectionsOversee the co-ordination of subcontractor activitiesEnsure that tasks are completed on time and meet our exceptional quality standardsAnalyse and quickly resolve any work problems that may arise and ensure that all deficiencies on any given project are corrected in a timely mannerAssist with the training of apprenticesMaintain detailed and accurate site reportsCommunicate project progress to our key stakeholders and the clientEnsure that the site/s are compliant with the relevant ISO standardsOther ad hoc duties as assigned by site managementSupport the Project Manager in promoting a culture of excellent customer service and establishing exceptional working relationships with your colleagues and the client/sAct as a brand ambassador and lead the Company through its ongoing expansionAny other duties as deemed necessary for the efficiency of the businessRequirementsQQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate (or equivalent) – in ElectricalA minimum of 5 years' experience in a fast-paced commercial environmentKnowledge of construction documentation with the ability to interpret site drawingsHighly proficient in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on ExcelConscientious with a high attention to detail and an ability to multitaskMotivated self-starter, who can work both independently or as part of a teamCapable of prioritising tasks whilst possessing the ability to work under pressureExceptional time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlinesExcellent communication skills, with fluent EnglishPackage€65K-€75K negotiable based on experience & qualifications Fulltime permanent staff role with company benefits, life assurance pension, sick pay etc.
