Electrical Supervisor | Europe One of Europe's Leading Main Contractors with Significant Annual Turnover Excellent package & career development prospects Prestigious projects including Industrial, Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, commercial etc. Oradeo Recruitment is presently seeking interest for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join an international market-leading Main Contractor working on a number of large and prestigious projects (Pharmaceutical, Mission Critical, Industrial, Commercial etc.) within the country with opportunities to work across Europe if you would have an appetite for same.
Duties & Responsibilities: Carry out weekly toolbox talks. Carry out weekly reports and issue to line manager. Liaise and co-ordinate site activities alongside other trades. Prepare two weeks look ahead for upcoming works. Attend DAB morning meetings. Ensure the labour requirements are met and maintained as per project program requirements. Ensure that the quality of the works is maintained at a high level. Ensure that the Sub Contractors are working as efficiently as possible. Notify line manager of all variations and delays. Ensure all plant materials onsite are as per agreed specifications. Coordinate and store all delivered materials in a safe and secure manner. Ensure all Sub Contractors' Plant and access equipment is certified and in good working conditions. Address Health & Safety issues on site and ensure that all Sub Contractors are working safely. Review ways of working and implement changes to improve safety where possible. Maintain high housekeeping standards by all Sub Contractors. Complete weekly 'don't walk by' cards. Skills & Qualifications: Relevant 3rd level electrical degree qualification essential. Good English spoken and comprehension skills required. Previous experience in a similar role within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment is essential. Data Centre experience is advantageous. Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency in the use of MS Word & Excel is required.
