Job Description Reporting to the Production Manager, this Electrical Supervisor/Team Lead will encompass the following duties:
Daily leadership and guidance of production team/s.Driving and maintaining overall site to be equitable to company standards and expectations in line with the facility to be applied for company employees and contractors.Achieve production schedule timeframes & ensure customer deadlines are met.Organise manpower, materials, planning resources to achieve targets.Coordination of external subcontractors, scope of works for production staff and preparing product for dispatch and logistics.Provide and deliver Toolbox Talks and H&S guidance.Maintain and develop a positive culture within the workplace while promoting self-confidence and encouragement within a team environment.Assist with first-line management duties in line with company procedures.Proficient in setting out and tracking work in coordination with the engineering team.The Successful Applicant A successful 'Electrical Supervisor/Team Leader' should have:
An educational background in Electrical Engineering or a recognised Electrical or Electronic apprenticeship.Previous experience in a supervisory role within Industrial/Commercial Contracting/Engineering.Strong technical skills related to processes and machinery, Electrical Power Generation, Plant/Switchrooms, HV/LV, fabrication and Installation.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Good communication and problem-solving skills.What's on Offer * An attractive salary ranging from €50,752 to €58,240 per year.
* Monday to Friday working schedule with an early finish on Friday.
