What you'll do: Undertake maintenance and reactive activities on a variety of Electrical Building Services equipment.Perform scheduled maintenance services on electrical systems and fixtures.Manage Life Safety Systems (LSS) and associated vendors.Support sustainability initiatives and manage energy consumption.Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance and breakdown services.Plan and organize minor installation and improvement works.Conduct cost and delivery assessments in accordance with Sodexo procurement procedures.Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, risk assessments, and lock-out tag-out procedures.Take ownership and accountability for all aspects of the role, ensuring timely and high-quality task delivery.Support all elements of the Tech Team's workload.What you bring: 3 years' experience in electrical building services and plant maintenance.Safe Pass Training.Level 6 of the NQAI Certificate in Electrical Craft Practice or equivalent.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional customer focus with a positive, can-do attitude.Numerate and computer literate.Full Clean Driver's License.What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
