Electrician (Petro Systems) AA Euro have been retained by one of Ireland's reputable and well-respected companies, offering a wide range of services for the supply, maintenance, and installation of fuel pumps, fuel tanks, tank gauges, and fuel management systems for gas stations, oil depots, and the trucking industry. We are seeking a skilled Electrician to provide a complete level of service to our customers in the designated area, including commissioning, servicing, repairing, calibrating, and validating equipment on customer sites to specification.

Key Responsibilities Competently trouble-shoot, fault-find, and carry out repairs to equipment as required. Create Service Reports on work completed for customer signature. Adhere to site rules and participate in customer site inductions. Provide onsite training to customers and colleagues. Participate in the On-Call Engineer Rota. Communicate effectively with customers and always ensure customer satisfaction. Work well on own and as part of a team. Willingness to travel to client sites in the designated territory. Demonstrate a good understanding and appreciation for the requirements of a Field Service Engineer delivering excellent customer service and taking ownership and accountability for this. Be a team player with a friendly and outgoing disposition. Be a punctual, motivated, and organised self-starter who is enthusiastic and conscientious about completing work on time and to a high standard. Demonstrate a positive approach to work and be able to work well unsupervised on own initiative and as part of a team. Work closely within a team to deliver project targets on time. Plan and execute works in the most productive manner. Complete all electrical works in line with the relevant standards and ensure that client specifications are always adhered to. Provide daily and weekly progress reports on works completed. Complete test/quality documentation in a timely manner. Identify issues and risks at the earliest opportunity, resolve or escalate issues as appropriate. Maintain the highest quality standards, with a zero-snag approach. High level of safe working practices and awareness. Develop and implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Liaise with Management and Staff on project SHEQ matters. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Electrician Craft Certificate. Previous Experience with a MV/HV Contractor is preferred. Strong IT, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good initiative, self-starter who can work on their own initiative. Prepared to work out of office hours and occasionally on weekends, as required. Full Clean Driving Licence. Safe Pass up to date. Manual Handling. Job Conditions: Full-time role. 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, possible weekend on-call rota once a month. Competitive salary. Company Vehicle provided. Company Phone provided.
