Specializing in the manufacturing of Burn-in Boards for semiconductor reliability testing, Endzone Burn-in Systems, Bibtest55XL board testers, and Socket test probes, they are at the forefront of technological innovation. This is a Full-Time Permanent position with day work, Monday to Friday.

ResponsibilitiesNew product development from concept through to implementationCo-develop project specifications in conjunction with the Engineering ManagerWork to tight deadlinesCarry out site installation and training, when requiredAssist customers with fault diagnosisAssist customers with new queries, completing specifications, and liaising with sales to generate quotationsImplementation of new and existing processesNew product introductionBuild positive relationships with customersProduce and submit timely and detailed reports, highlighting status, issues, and risksRecommend and implement assigned corrective/preventive actions plansPerform any other tasks and duties allocated by the companyQualifications/SkillsEducated to a degree level in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline3-5 years' experience as an Electronics Engineer in a manufacturing environmentExperience/Familiarity with:Digital and Analog designFPGA developmentMicrocontroller developmentSerial business interfaces: 12C, SPI, UART, LIN, CANIoTFirmware developmentSoftware languages:MS Visual StudioPythonLabVIEWStrong analytical skills and problem-solving ability with high accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationshipsExperience in dealing with customers and managing expectationsStrong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesFlexible, self-motivatorLimited travel to customer sites in Europe, Asia, and the US, on occasion as required.
