CAE Parc Aviation is the worldwide leader in aviation recruitment and we are looking for a driven sales professional to help us to continue to grow our business in the EMEA region. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, this role will focus on business development, growth strategy and relationship building with our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities Grow revenue and profitability with focus on new business development in Commercial and Business Aviation accounts through promoting services in line with set targets.Maintain the highest professional, profitable relationship with existing and potential customers.In line with the company strategy, develop a regional new sales target plan covering customer type and a service matrix.Develop and implement key account plans with customers as agreed with Global Sales Leader.Through research and insight, develop key account differentiators between CAE Parc Aviation and our competitors including regular benchmarking of terms and conditions.Liaise with Global Head of Customer Management to ensure best practice in customer support management is delivered to client group.Put in place processes to ensure response and action to all queries in a timely, effective and proactive manner; with structured follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and closure.Responsibility for negotiating profitable terms in accordance with CAE Parc Aviation's Costing and Pricing Directives and contractual sign off process.Understand and update on competitive and market environment, developments, and trends.Support the business to develop new and improved customer service and product propositions.Participation in weekly meetings as part of the contracts management team and with other internal stakeholders.Identify and represent the company at appropriate industry forums, conferences and events.Ideal Candidate Ability to build a strong new business sales pipeline and win profitable new business.Excellent at building relationships (with all internal CAE business units and external customers), managing stakeholders and building motivated and effective teams.Very resourceful with a strong commercial outlook and an ability to translate customer requirements into commercial opportunities.Comfortable having business lead conversations and presentations with C level executives.Excellent numeric and reporting skills with strong attention to detail.Strong analytical skills with an ability to evaluate, review and determine solutions to meet the organization and clients' needs.Proven examples of ability to collaborate across functions and formulate internal partnerships to achieve sales and contract objectives.Experience using Salesforce and/or other comparable CRM tools to support sales analysis.Ability to travel approximately up to 30% of time.Next Steps If interested, please apply via the CAE Careers site.
