Here's a glimpse into what your day-to-day will look like: Be the go-to expert, offering specialised HR and Employment Law support to our clients, both on-site and through virtual consultations.Showcase your creativity by designing and presenting innovative HR solutions for clients across diverse industries.Lead complex workplace investigations, such as those related to Dignity and Respect at Work, Disciplinary and Grievances, ensuring a fair and just resolution for our clients.Provide clients with robust and pragmatic advice on HR matters, whether it's on-site, over the phone, via video conferencing, or through email.Share your expertise by researching, crafting content, and leading engaging seminars and training workshops on current HR topics.Be at the forefront of developing new compliance products and solutions, contributing to our ever-evolving services.Collaborate closely with colleagues across our organization to meet our clients' unique needs.Work on-site with clients to resolve HR issues, bridging gaps in their HR services, and enhancing the skills of their in-house HR teams in line with best practices and employment legislation.What we're looking for in you: An appropriate 3rd level degree program in Human Resources or Employment Law, or equivalent hands-on experience.A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, providing crucial HR support to managers and the business.A proven track record in offering advice on company policies and procedures.Exceptional knowledge of Employment Law and its application in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces.Next steps: By applying to this job, your CV will be assessed by a consultant from Recruiters.ie for the position described, along with considering you for other relevant jobs as they arise in accordance with your interest, experience and skillset.
