Energy Lawyer Associate/Senior Associate – DublinAn outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Energy Lawyer to join the Energy Group of a top tier law firm in Dublin.The Role: As an integral part of the Energy team, you will be involved in advising energy clients across various facets of their operations.
Your responsibilities will include providing counsel on generation projects, financings, environmental considerations, planning, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
You will work on groundbreaking projects that are shaping the future of the Irish energy landscape.The Person: Qualified Solicitor with 2 – 6 years PQEExperience in Energy lawCandidates with previous experience in finance law or corporate law who are interested in specialising in energy law will be consideredExcellent communication and client relationship skillsA collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
