Are you a sustainability/ energy consultant with ca3+ years experience with LEED AP and/or BREEAM, WELL, HPI, Life Cycle Analysis?Would you like to work with a one of Ireland's leading Engineering Consultancy with an office based in Dublin and offering flexible working with a mix of WFH/Office?Energy Sustainability Engineer - Consultancy - DublinOur client is an International Multidisciplinary Consulting Engineering & Project Management Practice iwth offices in Dublin.The Sustainability Division are seeking enthusiastic Sustainability Engineers with LEED AP and/or BREEAM, WELL, HPI, Life Cycle Analysis experience to join their Dublin team.
They re currently working on some of the most interesting projects throughout Ireland & UK and the in-house Sustainability Engineers are qualified Assessors and provide project services for the following; LEED, WELL, BREEAM, HPI, Fitwell, Code for Sustainable Homes and BER Ratings to name but a few.
In addition they provide a range of sustainability services including but not limited to; Building Energy Modelling, Building Façade Analysis, Internal Thermal Comfort Analysis, Daylight, Overshadowing and Right to Light Analysis, Part L Compliance and Low Energy Design Advice.Duties:Management of projectsDevelop and manage client relationships (Internally and Externally)Present evidence of completing the assessment processUnderstand and apply the current and proposed Irish sustainability related legislation to project solutions(Building regulations, Local Planning Policy)Undertake LEED BD+C & ID+C Assessments across commercial schemesUndertake BREEAM International Assessments across commercial schemesAdvise clients on all areas of sustainable design and provide solutionsManage sustainability contributions from varying design stakeholdersPrepare thorough, high quality, technical reports which in a clear concise manner, communicate any issues and conclusionsBe able to take a high level initial project/ work brief which is successful managed and converted into a completed project which meets the demands and criteria of client and original specificationIdentify areas which utilises a lead which converts to business opportunity and referrals through new and existing clientsLiaise with clients and project teamsRequirements3+ years' experience delivering projects under one of the following rating systems - LEED/ BREEAM/ WELL / HPIHave certified assessor status of at least 1 of the following - LEED/ BREEAM/ WELL / HPI QualificationRelevant Honours Degree Desirable but not necessary a Masters qualificationExcellent report writing and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft PackagesSelf-motivatedAbility to work to tight deadlinesWorking towards Chartered statusPackage€40K-€50K Competitive salary packages, negotiable based on level of experience and qualificationsFlexibility working arrangements with a mix of WFH/OfficePermanent Staff Roles with a CPD accredited employer where staff are offered a tailored professional and personal development plan to grow their career
