Engineering Business Manager

We are delighted to partner with our client, a very dynamic and established engineering contracting company, to source a Business Manager for the maintenance division of their growing business.

We are seeking a dynamic manager to help develop our client's mechanical & electrical maintenance engineering services business. The position will be a Dublin office-based, client-facing role with the primary goal of developing the engineering services maintenance business with current and potential clients.

The successful candidate will manage new work bids and existing client relationships. They will work with the existing maintenance management team to improve business performance. A strong commercial skillset is essential, and the candidate will be an integral part of the business strategy and development team directing ongoing growth. The role requires strong bid management skills and the ability to own a bid lifecycle from start to finish.

This role would suit a committed, driven individual with engineering/sales experience looking to develop and progress in a management career. Strong communication skills and keen business acumen are required.
