As a Software Development Manager you will be responsible to provide oversee to the Dublin office Developers and including managing resourcing schedules per resource per project.What we look for in a Software Development Manager:Lead a cross functional team working to translate product use cases and requirements to industry-leading design, architecture, and implementations.Manage a group of talented Tech Leads in their delivery and on their career growth.Play a key role in recruiting and hiring the right talent.Continuously engage and improve Technical Lead performance by conducting recurring 1-1 meetings, knowing your people, managing career development.Lead your teams in engineering best practices and engineering principles.Passion for improving the productivity of fellow product team members to deliver functionality and value effectively and efficiently to our customers.Knowledge of DevOps, build automation & unification of heterogeneous infrastructureRegularly communicate with leadership about risk analysis and design trade-offs.What you'll need: BSc.
or master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.5+ years software development / engineering related experience.2+ years Leading multiple teams.Experience in managing nearshore and offshore development teams Expert in one or more of the following code bases (C#, .NET frameworks, MVC).Experience in building and attracting talent and collaborating with geo distributed teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What we offer: We believe in progress with purpose.
