TXM are supporting an exciting business in Dublin, Ireland to recruit an Engineering Maintenance Supervisor to manage staff and ensure the necessary fleet is presented on time for operations to the required safety, technical and quality standards while maintaining the safe operation of the maintenance depot on their turn of shift.
We are looking for candidates with:At least 5 years' experience in the role of a Depot or Workshop supervisorDemonstration of Safety Consciousness through actionsProven experience in engineering theory and practicesTo be an advocate for Continuous Improvement change in the workplaceAbility to promote the use of Safe Working Practices in a Team environmentAbility to understand application of Maintenance SpecificationsStrong leadership skills to lead and motivate staffAbility to work alongside managers, and cross-functional teamsCraft QualificationRolling Stock Maintenance Qualification (Desirable)Certificate in Supervisory Management or Equivalent (Desirable)Excellent salary and benefits including pension, travel, health & wellbeing and development opportunities
