Engineering Technical Lead ? Digital Capability Team

The Engineering Tech Lead will work closely with Digital Capability management, (and collaborate with IT and business functions), to successfully schedule and support the delivery of new digital capabilities/functionality; finding ways of executing key tasks both expertly and efficiently. They will provide their team with essential support to perform their duties satisfactorily while embracing positive change; encouraging team innovation and continuous improvement. Helping to streamline processes to aid the smooth delivery of new or upgraded shared services and capabilities; they will drive positive contributions; ensuring their team reaches its full potential. A key purpose of this role is to guide development and execution efforts efficiently by identifying critical technical roadblocks, risks, resource and training needs that impact delivery of technical objectives (escalating these where relevant to their direct Manager).
