Requirements: Three (3) years of successful classroom experience.Ability to tailor lessons and assessments to meet the varying proficiency levels and learning needs of regular education and EL students.Skill in using formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and inform instructional decisions.Understand the diverse learning and cultural backgrounds of students to create a supportive learning environment.Proficient in teaching English as a second language, including understanding the stages of language development and effective strategies for language acquisition.Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, including the ability to advocate for EL students' needs within the school community.
