Your key responsibilities as part of the team: Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Drive the development and application of enterprise architecture principles and practices within the public sector, fostering a holistic view of digitisation's transformative potential.Client Guidance: Provide expert guidance to government clients in crafting and implementing enterprise architecture strategies, aligning them with digital transformation objectives, and creating actionable roadmaps.Advocacy: Champion the importance of enterprise architecture within and outside KPMG, cultivating effective networks and thought leadership initiatives within the public sector.Innovation: Define future-proof business and organisational models for government agencies, ensuring seamless integration of people, technology, and information to drive digital maturity.Sustainability: Collaborate with government clients to develop architecture strategies that align with environmental and sustainability objectives, driving responsible technological adoption.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with both existing and potential government clients, fostering long-term partnerships based on architectural excellence.Your experience, skills, and capabilities: Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, ideally within a consulting firm or the public sector, with a focus on driving digital transformation.Project Success: Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities and delivering business transformation projects through the effective application of enterprise architecture principles.Digital Transformation: Significant experience in designing and executing enterprise architecture frameworks that support comprehensive digital transformation programmes.Best Practices: Knowledge of industry best practices in enterprise architecture and the ability to apply them to optimise government operations.Standards: Familiarity with international enterprise architecture standards and frameworks related to digital transformation and government modernisation.Technology Proficiency: Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with digital technologies, data analytics, automation, and their transformative potential for government operations.Public Sector Insight: A deep understanding of public sector operations, governance, and the unique challenges faced by government agencies.Professional Membership: Membership in a relevant professional body is preferred, reflecting your commitment to the field.Business Development: A track record of generating business through leveraging existing relationships, affiliations, and your own professional network.Your team: You will be joining a team of over 150 dedicated technology professionals that has a market reputation for delivering quality outcomes for our clients.
