This involves collaborating right across divisions and functions with the goal to deliver best in class project outcomes, lessons learned and continuous improvements to our project management delivery.Your main responsibilities will be: Participate to asset performance management and related projects at assigned customer sitesSupport the projects initiation and pre-sales tasks, including the admin processes to enable a project proposal/quote generation or finalizationAssist with detailed data management impacting the overall performance of the projects, including complex datasets related to laboratory instruments, financials, timelines and customer specified information, in both Excel and Smartsheet.Build and maintain client and vendor cross functional relationships, while upholding data integrity for the projects.Maintain relationships with internal and external project team members both domestic and international.Work with 3rd party vendors to acquire and handle quotes, invoices, and reconcile issues as neededWork closely with Schedule Co-ordinators, field delivery teams, business centre, and 3rd party service providers to ensure timely delivery of services for assigned customerDeal with various tasks including data management, vendor management, project assistance, invoicing and financial reconciliation and other tasks as they developProvide support to the Enterprise business to manage key internal and external projects of the services business in EMEAManages and performs project activities dealing with Laboratory Productivity, Relocations, Inventory Service delivery, asset load, service level deliveryQualificationsWe are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:Ideally a University Degree in Life Science (or compensating experience)Project Management qualification or proven experience in managing complex project deploymentLean Six Sigma or PMP background/certification is a strong advantageGood knowledge of laboratory environment/workflowsKnowledge of HSE (Health Safety & Environment) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is a strong plusExperience in service delivery function or as a consultant is a strong advantageFluency in English.On a personal level, you are autonomous, customer focused and a team player.
You have great interpersonal, communication and persuasion skills to interact with many internal and external partners.
You show a real can-do attitude, resilience and you like to solve problems.
Whilst being flexible and adaptable, you have also strong planning, organizational and time management skills, ability to manage concurrent priorities, and attention to details.
