Your Role: As an Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor, you'll be the guardian of safety and compliance, guiding them toward a culture of well-being.
Your role is as diverse as it is critical, involving:
Crafting and implementing procedures to ensure they meet Health and Safety regulations and corporate environmental standards.Assisting in maintaining and developing OSHAS 18001 & ISO14001 as part of our Integrated Management system.Conducting and overseeing risk assessments to minimize hazards in activities and client projects.Managing Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans.Providing health and safety guidance during on-site activities and client projects.Ensuring contractors follow strict safety protocols.Collaborating with different teams to ensure seamless compliance.Conducting DSE workstation assessments and manual handling training.Managing Occupational Health services.Investigating and reporting accidents or incidents.Efficiently managing records and systems.Delivering engaging training sessions in core EHS subjects and specialist health and safety areas.Crafting professional reports for management and clients, focusing on environmental health and safety management.Minimum Requirements: A degree in health and safety is desirable.Proven experience in managing ISO14001 or OHSAS 18001.A minimum of 3 years in a similar role.DSE Assessor certification.Experience in auditing environmental health and safety systems.Proficiency in Microsoft IT applications.Exceptional communication skills.Strong organizational abilities and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.Enthusiasm, reliability, and proficiency in English.A full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle.Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 and Health Benefits and Bonus.
Hybrid Role – south side Dublin.
