Environmental, Health & Safety Advisor

AA Euro Group has been retained to recruit an EHS Advisor for our client, who is currently a leading construction company in Ireland, for their Dublin data centre build project.

The Role: Lead by example.Provide sound and industry-leading advice to project stakeholders.Carry out audits/inspections of the company's workplaces at a frequency and with the intrusiveness as coached by the BU HSE Manager.Attend sites following accidents/incidents and assist with the investigation. In the absence of the Project Director or HSE Manager, lead the investigation.Liaise with enforcement authorities if they attend the site to investigate following an incident.Assist the HSE Manager in the preparation of a Health and Safety report for the BU MD at applicable intervals.All other duties associated with the role.Requirements: Tech IOSH, NEBOSH Construction Certificates, or equivalent.At least 3 years as a Health and Safety professional in the construction industry. Experience in data centre/pharma sectors is advantageous.NVQ Level 4 / EFQ L3 in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.Temporary Works Awareness, including knowledge of TWC role.Internal Auditor certification.Local PD / CDM & PSDP / PSCS training.Awareness of lifting operations BS 7121/IS361.Incident Investigation Training.For more information on this role, please contact Ian Murphy at +353 (0) 85 866 6878 or email your CV in confidence to ******.
