My Dublin City Centre client is recruiting for an ASU Agent on a contract basis.
This role will be 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
Job Responsibilities Proactively manage an assigned portfolio of cases, ensuring timely progress toward appropriate resolutions for customers.
Handle tasks including general loan administration, inbound and outbound arrears calls, assessing financial statements, and drafting accurate, thorough, and concise credit reports for submission to decision-makers.
Accurately record information in systems of record and trackers.
Professionally manage all communication (telephone or written correspondence) from customers and third parties.
Complete all tasks in compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and within SLA/KPI deadlines.
Demonstrate a customer-centric approach by resolving queries effectively and efficiently.
Treat all customers fairly and consistently in all activities, including credit proposals and resolutions.
Exhibit accountability and a positive attitude when managing cases and assisting senior management with ad-hoc queries.
Collaborate with various teams to support departmental needs and achieve strategic outcomes.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
Record incidents promptly upon detection of errors and liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve them as required.
Take ownership of errors and complaints, ensuring the customer experience is managed to a successful resolution.
Experience Required Previous experience in financial services, particularly in phone-based customer service and home-loan debt resolution.
Essential and Desirable Skills Previous experience in financial services, particularly in phone-based customer service and home-loan debt resolution.
Educational Requirements QFA or APA (Loans) as a minimum.
