Our client is seeking a Commercial Operations Executive to provide governance and oversight of financial operations and revenue streams.
This is a daily rate contract role for approximately 6 months.
Job Responsibilities: Oversee performance reporting and business activities for delivery partners and outsourced operators.
Implement and manage document/record management processes for the division.
Support the administration of revenue collections, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.
Assist with audits of commercial operations and external service providers.
Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and systems to ensure the accuracy of management information.
Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers, auditors, and government departments.
Foster productive working relationships across teams and with external partners.
Collaborate on the development and refinement of governance standards and reporting practices.
Experience Required: Minimum of five years in a senior or responsible position within a busy office environment.
Proven experience in business performance reporting and data management.
Strong analytical, numerical, and IT skills.
Working knowledge of finance and accounting procedures, including preparing data for reporting purposes.
Desirable Skills: A third-level qualification in business, management, administration, or a related discipline.
Excellent stakeholder management, written communication, and presentation skills.
Organisational expertise and a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with state agency environments or operations.
Educational Requirements: A degree in a relevant field such as business or management, or equivalent professional experience.
