Our Dublin based client is looking for a Product Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the setup and customization of the SAS Document Management System and its integrations with third-party products, ensuring optimal configuration to meet business needs.
Actively participate in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues, including coordination with external vendors to track support requests and ensure timely resolution.
Perform detailed tests on system updates and configurations to verify that modifications are effective and maintain system integrity without disrupting existing operations.
Collaborate with internal users to capture detailed requirements and feedback, translating these into actionable insights for system refinement and enhancement.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation covering system configurations, updates, and testing protocols.
Essential Experience: Solid understanding of SAS, DMS, and related technologies, including proficiency with M365 and SharePoint solutions.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex technical issues.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Strong focus on addressing internal stakeholder needs and supporting organisational objectives through effective product management.
Educational Requirements: Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
