Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have extensive professional experience with Target Operating Model projects.
This is a daily rate contract role offering excellent daily rates.
Key Responsibilities: Cybersecurity Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive review of the current cybersecurity practices and infrastructure ('as-is' analysis) and identify areas for enhancement.
Target Operating Model Development: Develop and refine the Target Operating Model for cybersecurity operations, ensuring it aligns with the organisations strategic objectives and enhances security posture.
As-is and To-be Process Design: Map out current cybersecurity processes, pinpoint inefficiencies or vulnerabilities, and design future state ('to-be') processes that mitigate risks and enhance security measures.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT security teams, management, and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the proposed cybersecurity enhancements meet all business and regulatory requirements.
Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed documentation that includes business requirements, analysis findings, and recommendations for enhancing cybersecurity.
Regularly report progress and outcomes to senior management.
Project Management Support: Assist in project management activities, ensuring that cybersecurity enhancement projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Essential Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong background in analysing and documenting 'as-is' and 'to-be' scenarios, specifically within IT and cybersecurity contexts.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on large-scale cybersecurity initiatives and communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with current cybersecurity technologies, trends, and best practices.
