Senior Litigation Lawyer ( eDiscovery Legal Specialist team) Job Description: Our client, a professional services organisation, seeks a Senior Litigation Lawyer to join their eDiscovery EDRM team as a Specialist in the team with expertise in utilising Relativity software/ EDRM software.
This permanent position is based in Dublin and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to complex legal projects.
Job Responsibilities: A specilaist in managing and organising litigation case files.
Use Relativity software to conduct document reviews and manage e-discovery processes.
A specialist in drafting review legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
Collaborate with senior lawyers/ Partners and litigation teams to support case preparation.
Conduct legal research and analysis relevant to ongoing cases.
Liaise with clients and provide updates on case progress.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks in litigation processes.
Experience Required: Minimum of 6 years of experience in a litigation-focused legal role.
Familiarity and hands-on experience with Relativity or similar e-discovery platforms.
Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal frameworks.
Must have previous EDRM / Relativity Software Document knowledge Desirable Skills: Someone with 6 plus years working in the legal litigation profession Someone who is looking to move into a eDiscovery EDRM team in a large legal firm.
Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from a recognised institution.
Admission to practice law in Ireland/ UK/ Europe is highly desirable.
