We are seeking 2 people for this role: Senior Technical PM (8-10 Years exp) Technical PM (4-8 Years exp) About the Role Our client is seeking an Technical Project Manager with a passion for digital transformation and experience in the financial sector.
This role offers the opportunity to lead large-scale transformation programmes, delivering innovative solutions that drive real business value for clients in finance, banking, and related industries.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals experienced in project management or digital transformation to work in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities - Digital Transformation: Lead and support initiatives focused on enhancing clients' digital capabilities, including product delivery and Agile operating models.
- Financial Sector Expertise: Work with financial services clients to address unique industry challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
- Agile Project Management: Manage projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) or hybrid/waterfall approaches.
- Strategic Implementation: Design and implement digital frameworks and transformation roadmaps to meet client objectives.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with financial sector stakeholders to solve business challenges, enhance processes, and deliver tangible results.
- Programme Oversight: Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and ensure deliverables are on time and of the highest quality.
Skills and Experience - 5+ years experience in consulting or advisory roles, with a focus on financial services or digital transformation.
- 510 years project management experience, including delivering large-scale programmes in the financial sector.
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in Agile or hybrid environments.
- Proven expertise in digital transformation, business process redesign, and technology implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with financial clients.
- Professional certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP, or PRINCE2.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
