In the role, the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: To comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role.
Dealer - Executing trades received from various channels (Phone/Post/Email) and ensuring adherence to Best Execution Managing all MIS relating to client relationships.
Relationship Management - Manage existing corporate client relationships.
Support & contribute to business development strategies.
Meeting clients as required, both internally and externally Ensuring clients are consistently provided with excellent dealing and customer services.
Liaising with Corporate clients and their employees, dealing promptly and efficiently with queries.
Assist in the organisation and running of Industry events.
Being proactive in identifying existing and new execution only clients interested in and/or suitable for referral to other teams within the Davy Group Assist clients with Corporate Actions, Stock Set Ups and other queries.
Requirements About you We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills: QFA Degree level in a Business related discipline.
A strong client focus to ensure effective service delivery.
Demonstrable relationship management experience.
Proven team-working skills.
Very strong communication and presentation skills; verbal and written.
Excellent administration and IT skills, including a sound understanding of MS Office.
An ability to prioritise high value-added tasks.
A strong commitment to personal development.
