We are recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Estate Manager to join our Team at our award-winning hotel.
Key responsibilities of the Estate Manager will include but not limited to: overseeing all aspects of the outdoor Estate operation, including training and rostering the Estate Team, scheduling regular maintenance and ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout.
The ideal candidate for the Estate Manager role should: Have successfully graduated with a Hospitality related degree or Outdoor pursuits course.
Proven experience in a similar role is essential- we are seeking applications from candidates with prior experience of managing the Estate/Grounds department of a 5 star resort.
Possess a strong knowledge and passion for outdoors/activities.
Experience of staff training, rotas, financial reporting Knowledgeable on Forbes 5 Star standards.
