Estimator | Residential Contractor | Dublin €65k-€75k (DOE) with Comprehensive Benefits Package A well-established Construction Company based in North Dublin is seeking an experienced and qualified Estimator to join their team.
Estimator Responsibilities: * Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates * Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and other documents to determine the scope of work and project requirements * Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather information and clarify project details * Maintain accurate records of all estimates, bids, and project documentation * Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, including cost breakdowns and timelines Estimator Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred) * 3+ years of experience as an Estimator with a main contractor * Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards * Proficiency in estimating software Reach out to Matthew at (email address removed) for more information
