Access Talent Group are recruiting for an Estimator for a client leading the way in large scale residential and commercial projects in Dublin.
Our client is playing a pivotal part in meeting large scale main construction needs. After making a huge impact in the West, they have now taken up contracts all over Ireland, taking on a large amount of projects in Dublin. Specialising in regeneration, development, and commercial projects.
They are looking for an Estimator to come in and work on various projects in Dublin and help carry on their rapid growth in the East. With the next 5 years set out, there is a huge chance for progression and opportunity to be part of something that will stand out on your CV in the future.
Candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
4+ Years experience in ContractingEducation - Quantity Surveying or Engineering Degree4+ Years experience in Structures and IrelandExperience working on medium - large projectsVast knowledge on the fluidity that makes large scale projects progressKnowledge of commercial and residential projectsCompetitive benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, and a bonus.
