Estimator/ Solidworks Technician

Position: Estimator/ Solidworks Technician Location: Tuam, Co. Galway Salary: DOE About the Role: Our Galway based Client is looking for a well-organized, energetic, and enthusiastic Estimator to drive their product development and work with their sales, design, and production teams.
Responsibilities: Based in manufacturing facility in Tuam, Co. Galway.Designing new products.Creating detailed drawings of existing products.Estimating the cost of new and existing products.Creating rendered images for sales & marketing departments.Assisting the sales team in submitting tenders for large projects.Working with the production department to identify leaner methods to manufacture products.Requirements: Steel fabrication experience may help but not required.Fully trained in Solidworks.Ability to work off own initiative.Keen interest in developing new products.Microsoft Office training.Very good document management skills.Full product training will be provided to the successful candidate.
