As the EV Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a sales team, ensuring they identify and secure prime locations through lease negotiations for EV charging stations on behalf of our clients. You will also manage project timelines, support the team in achieving targets, and ensure client expectations are exceeded. Your strategic leadership will drive project success, contribute to a cleaner environment, and help pave the way for a more sustainable future.
DAY TO DAYTeam leadership: training and setting clear expectations; assigning written targets; completing monthly and quarterly check-ins; completing pipeline overviews; managing absences; and consulting with HR and line management on personnel issues.Problem solving: effectively identifying and assessing project issues; utilizing critical thinking and analytical skills to develop innovative solutions while effectively managing resources, timelines, and client expectations to ensure project success.Client relations: maintaining open and effective channels of communication with the client/s to ensure that MD7 is meeting objectives and delivering value through our project performance and relationship management; communicating client updates and/or requests to the team in a timely manner.Reporting: both internal and external report design and delivery; communicating changes to any reporting requirements to the team for implementation; ensuring all data in reports and communications are accurate. REQUIRED SKILLSExcellent level of spoken and written English language skills requiredBusiness level of spoken and written language skills in French, Italian, Spanish, or German language desired, but not requiredMinimum of 1 year of experience successfully leading a sales teamMinimum of 2 years of experience in sales/negotiation/B2B phone sales is desired, but not requiredAbility to travel (Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Netherlands) per project needsThe ability to work independently while also being a team playerComputer skills with proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and especially ExcelBasic knowledge of EV/Renewable industry desired, but not requiredWe know that not all requirements may apply to you.
