Evening Store Supervisor - Part-Time

SPAR Express Mallow is looking for a part-time Evening Shift Supervisor. Responsibilities: Weekdays and weekends with some flexibility required - 3 shifts per week, approximately 20 hours per week.Must enjoy working in a busy customer-focused retail environment.Great benefits such as food & fuel staff discounts and illness benefit. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 1 year retail experience required.Previous retail experience necessary.Operational knowledge of the retail environment.Excellent interpersonal skills.An understanding of consumer needs.Understanding of employment, health & safety, HACCP, and consumer legislation.Committed to continually improving standards.Self-motivated & ambitious.Computer literate.
