The position is based in Dublin The Role We are looking for a dynamic evening  Part-Time Steward  to join us to support our daily projects.
This role will be 18 hours per week.
Monday to Thursday from 16:45 to 21:15 depending on the event Location: Dublin 4 ****IMMEDIATE START**** Responsibilities and duties: Respond and action planned reactive building repairs and respond to queries from staff and visitors.  Supporting events, meeting room arrangements and removal of discarded materials.   Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.   Be a able to monitor and escalate issues that may arise with mechanical and electrical services Office and churn management, relocation of furniture as well as meeting and event room set ups.  Taking ownership and be accountable for all aspects of above stated role, ensuring tasks delivery is within timeframe, high quality and excellent customer satisfaction.  Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise including Fire alarms.  Meets and greets visitors at reception and direct them accordingly.  Point of contact for client related queries, directs to relevant person for attention Be ready to undertake any other task and project assigned to you by the team.
Requirements: Front of House Reception experience Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to work on own initiative and effectively work to deadlines.
Personal presentation must be of a high standard.  This list is not exhaustive but gives a clear indication of the scope and nature of the work.
Other areas of responsibility may be added as the post evolves and develops.
