Events Executive-FTC RoleOur client, a large, international law firm, requires an Events Executive to cover a 12-month Fixed Term Contract position.
This role offers an excellent salary and benefits and would suit an experienced Events professional.
Experience working within a professional services environment would be a plus.
This is a great opportunity to lead on your own Events both in-person and virtually.
Salary: to €45k DOE

Total Package: up to €50k
Duties: Creating and managing various events and webinars for different departments across the firm.Supporting Event communications to include writing, editing, reviewing and issuing communications.Liaising with Manager to ensure top quality events.Building strong relationships with external venues and suppliers.Maintaining client attendance data on the CRM system.Liaising with the larger marketing team on branding, content, promotion and social media.Assisting with budget management for all events.Continuously looking for new events opportunities, guest speakers and event technologies.Event reporting.Providing regular updates to the wider Marketing Team and Senior Management within the Firm.Support with any other duties as required.Experience: BA in Marketing or related3-5+ years Events experience ideally within a corporate environment.Excellent ability to deliver complex events, including both virtually and in-person events.Strong written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.Organised and flexible on supporting multiple projects.If this Events Executive role sounds like YOU, call Emma on 01 845 6302 Link Personnel
