TheEvents Executivewill be responsible for the organisation and execution of firm events in a collaborative way working with various departments in the firm. This role requires an enthusiastic, organised, and driven person with a primary focus on quality, promoting the firm's culture and enhancing employee and client engagement. What you will be doing: In this role you will be supporting the delivery of all internal and external events - including planning,logistics,ensuringcontentaligns with our culture, budget control, on-sitedeliveryand event reconciliation. Some of the duties of the role include: Collaborating with colleagues in the HRandMarketingteamsand other relevant stakeholdersto deliver qualityinternal and externalevents. Ensuringevents align withourorganisationalgoalsandculture andare effective inenhancingemployee and client engagement. Providing research on venues and event creative elements, including thecreation ofproposals.This could include site visits, meeting external suppliers, obtaining quotes.? Coordinatinglogisticssuch asthe agenda, attendee invites,venue, seating, dining, event entertainment, including guest speakersetc. Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, andcoordinating withvendors. Providing onsite support- actingas the point of contact for all event stakeholders.? Working on multiple events concurrently, taking ownership of each event. Briefing and managing both internal teams and external agencies to support event delivery. Keeping track of event spendand budgets,raisingpurchase ordersina timelyfashion to ensure all suppliers are paid appropriately. Communicating withourmarketing team to create effective advertisements for each event, and whennecessarycrafting marketing materials such as print andinternet advertisements for individual events. Creating andanalysingevent evaluation feedback where necessary. Required Experience: 2+ years of employment experience, ideallywith an event coordinator or event planner; Athird leveleducation, such as a degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or Hospitality Management; A proven track or aptitude for customer service; A professionaldemeanourand ability to stay calm under pressure;and Experience with creating and managingbudgets.
