Your Impact: Work closely with all stakeholders to plan and execute the EMEA Events Strategy, elevating the SolarWinds brand and meeting business objectives & targetsManage event delivery, including scoping, planning, onsite management and follow-up activities, in partnership with internal SolarWinds teams and local agenciesTake ownership of a variety of events, including; Industry Events and Conferences, Partner Summits, Advisory Boards, Exec Roundtables, Community and Internal EventsWork across PR and AR to maximize media opportunities and event coverageDeliver innovation to the Global events team, bringing insights back to the business and working to improve our processes and presence in marketReport on event performance, including leads, pipe, bookings + ROI and present results to senior stakeholdersRequirements Minimum 3-5 years' experience in event management & marketingExtensive experience with budget, agency & stakeholder managementStrong communication skills, with ability to build rapport and mange relationshipsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail & priority managementEnglish level C2 or native speaker, ability to communicate in other languages a bonus, but not essential Thrives in a fast-paced environment SolarWinds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
