This company are passionate about innovation, excellence, and driving meaningful change.The overall Purpose of this role:-Executive Assistant /Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, ensuring efficient management of day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a keen eye for detail.
This role requires a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities will include Executive Support: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence and communications.
Coordinate and manage leadership meeting agendas and follow-ups.
Administrative Duties: Assist with Recruitment Operations such as scheduling interviews, collating interview feedback, corresponding with candidates.
Assist with HR and Onboarding activities.
Assist with Finance activities such as reconciling receipts and invoices.
Assist with Supplier Set Up tasks and documentation.
Help maintain our online file management system.
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks such as placing orders, booking meeting rooms, organizing events.
Education and Experience: Min of level 6 qualification in an administration relation field A minimum of 3+ years experience required in a similar administrative role Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
English fluency essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them.
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Proven track record of getting things done and done correctly Last, but definitely not least, being friendly and helpful!
