Executive Assistant

We are delighted to announce we are working with a well-established Law Firm on an Executive Assistant role.
Executive Assistant Urgent Start Ideally but open to notice periods.
Brilliant organisation with a highly reputable name.
Dublin City Centre - Hybrid (3 days on site).
Responsibilities: Administrative support.Extensive diary management and some travel management.Preparation for meetings and support on projects.Update document management system and manage filing.Assist with HR projects such as DEI and others.Support on day-to-day scheduling, meeting management, and support with team management.Requirements: Previous exposure within an Executive Assistant role, preferably in a highly corporate environment.Past experience in HR would be ideal and strong diary management necessary.Must be used to day-to-day coordination and upwards management.Keen communication and organisation skills.
