Pricing Manager | Dublin | Aircraft Leasing

Our Aircraft Leasing client is looking for a Pricing Manager to join their Dublin office. The candidate will be part of the team responsible for overseeing the management of the firm's assets, financing facilities, and funds.
What you'll be doingAsset-level modelling is conducted to determine the optimal outcome for returns, which includes analysing lease extensions, restructurings, new leases, and sales.The candidate will liaise with various departments such as trading, marketing, accounting, legal, and technical to gather the necessary information for asset analysis.Regular updates and appraisal analysis are performed to maintain portfolio models.Preparing the distribution waterfall in collaboration with the managing agent of the deal, ensuring sufficient liquidity within the structure.Preparation of cash flow to be provided to the relevant banks.What you'll haveFinancial modelling experience through a university undergraduate degree or masters.Strong mathematical and analytical background.Excellent time-management skills, communication, report writing skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
