Our circular services help clients stay focused on their core business while allowing them to reduce their environmental footprint.  The Role: As a Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role within our organisation, dedicated to providing high-level executive support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, managing events and facilitating effective communication and collaboration across various departments.
The ideal candidate is proactive, purposeful, analytical, diligent and trustworthy, with a proven track record of maintaining confidentiality, project management experience and mid-senior level management experience.
  Key Responsibilities   1.     Executive Support: o  Provide strategic support to the Executive Leadership Team by preparing reports, presentations, and detailed analysis.
o  Create compelling and visually appealing presentations for internal and external audiences, turning complex information into concise and impactful slides.
o  Facilitate executive meetings, including agenda setting, minute taking, and follow-up on action items.
o  Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the CEO and Executive Team as needed.
o  Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive information and executive discussions.
o  Assist in maintaining compliance with corporate governance policies and regulations.
  2.     Event Management: o  Plan, organise, and execute corporate events, including conferences, seminars, and team-building activities.
o  Manage event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management.
o  Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure events run smoothly.
  3.     Cross - Departmental Interaction: o  Serve as a liaison between the Executive Leadership Team and various departments, facilitating communication and alignment on key initiatives.
o  Coordinate cross-departmental meetings and initiatives to foster collaboration and synergy.
o  Anticipate potential challenges or conflicts and proactively address them to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Experience: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management or a related field OR equivalent experience Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of mid-senior level management   Knowledge and Skills:        Demonstrable knowledge of organisation effectiveness, multi-tasking abilities, best management practices and project management        Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a vision for success, and the ability to take responsibility        High level of discretion and confidentiality        Ability to analyse complex data and present actionable insights        Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities   Personal Attributes:         Proactive : Anticipates challenges and takes initiative to address them.
