We are currently looking for an Executive Head Chef to lead and manage the team overseeing all of the kitchens in our complex.
Key Responsibilities include: Leading and Managing all the kitchens within the complex Ensuring that the menu offerings are in line with market trends and are changed as and when required.
Serving a high-quality food offering in all of the outlets encouraging repeat business with our guests.
Prepares and manages the budgets for the kitchens and managing the costs monthly to ensure cost targets are reached.
Ensuring that all areas of Health & Safety are managed effectively and in line with legislation.
Developing relationships with the management team, suppliers and contractors.
Creating a culture within the kitchens departments where people are given the opportunity to be trained and developed in their roles with succession planning being part of the kitchens objectives.
To be innovative with the food offerings that we have available in the different outlets.
To be part of the process for setting up and opening a new restaurant in our complex.
Competencies & Skills Requirements: Previous experience working as an Executive Chef.
This may be in a smaller establishment, and you are now looking for the opportunity to work in a larger environment.
Excellent communication skills Being able to be creative and innovative with the food offering we have Knowledge and skills on using computers Being hands on when required in the kitchen Being able to lead and manage many different projects and kitchen at the one time.
Ability to delegate and develop team members.
Knowledge on costing and creating menus.
