Executive Head Chef

The 4 star Bridge House Hotel & Leisure Club Tullamore, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Head Chef to join our team.

Main Responsibilities: You will be working in a very busy operation delivering high standards of food throughout. Managing a large Kitchen team of over 30 members. Responsible for Food GP's and ensuring we set KPI's Encouraging in the development of the current team as well as implementing training. You will be responsible for menu planning, cooking & food presentation. Must have strong cooking skills and a passion for preparing high quality food using fresh local and seasonal produce. You must be able to work in all areas of each kitchen and assist in ordering, stock control, kitchen hygiene, scheduling, staff training and team supervision. Part of the senior management team and will be involved in strategic planning. Have you got the following skills and abilities for this exciting role? Ability to create new dishes. Good leadership skills. High operating standards. Food cost and stock control knowledge. Excellent attention to detail required at all times. Must have strong creative abilities. Fully HACCP trained. Able to train and lead the junior and senior chefs in the kitchen. Have you a passion for real food. Previous Experience in a 4 star hotel
