Location of Post HSE Dublin and South East (Carlow/Kilkenny, South Tipperary, Waterford and Wexford) There is currently 1 permanent whole-time vacancy available in the Waterford Civil Registration Office, Community Care, Cork Road, Waterford.

A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Executive Registrar from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.

Details of Service The Civil Registration Service (CRS) is responsible for the registration of life events within the jurisdiction, i.e.
Births, Stillbirths, Deaths and Marriages.
It is also responsible for the issuing of certificates for these life events.
The CRS facilitates the taking of legal notices from couples in respect of their intended marriages and the undertaking of civil wedding ceremonies.

The service is delivered in compliance with all aspects of the Civil Registration Act 2004 as amended and under the guidance of the office of the General Registrar.
