These roles are instrumental in enabling the efficient operation of leadership teams, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic business goals.Key Responsibilities Leadership Support: Partner closely with Directors and Department Heads to drive business objectives, ensure program deliverables are achieved, and provide high-level administrative support.Coordination & Administration: Manage and coordinate committees, networks, and working groups across multiple levels, including international collaboration.Reporting & Process Development: Support the implementation of reporting processes and cross-department collaboration within directorates, facilitating timely and effective reporting on key projects.Confidential Handling & Discretion: Maintain high standards of confidentiality and integrity, essential when dealing with sensitive information.
Essential Skills and Qualifications A Level 8 qualification (honours degree or higher) in business, finance, accounting, or a similar area, plus 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership.ORA Level 7 qualification (ordinary degree) in the relevant field with at least 5 years of directly related experience.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Proven experience in committee and stakeholder coordination.Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
